Johnny Cace's Seafood and Steakhouse for
over 60 years has served up authentic New Orleans Creole cuisine. They used a blend of herbs and spices on their meats and seafood
to get their unique New Orleans style cuisine.
Dinner Menu
Appetizers
Their Appetizers include: Gulf shrimp cocktail,
crabmeat Pontchartrain, marinated crab claws, spicy fried crawfish tails, Barataria Bay bowl, Louisiana crab cakes, and homemade onion
rings.
Oysters
Their oysters are select certified Louisiana oysters. The options include: Oysters on the half
shell, charbroiled oysters, oysters Casino, and oysters carousel.
Signature Salads
Their selection of signature salads has
shrimp salad, shrimp Remoulade, chilled avocado and shrimp, Cace's spinach salad, and Caesar salad.
Cace's Classic Specialties
The
King O' Sea comes with Rock Lobster Tail, Fish Margery, and Stuffed Shrimp. The Queen O' Sea comes with Fried Fillet of Fish,
Fried Oysters, Crab Patty, and Fried Shrimp. The Deluxe Dinner comes with Mini Shrimp Cocktail, Shrimp Gumbo, Fried Shrimp,
Fried Oyster, Fried Fillet of Fish, and Crab Patty. The Royal Trio platter has Fillet of Fish Almandine, Baked Sea Scallops,
and Stuffed Shrimp. The Shrimp Dinner includes
Mini Shrimp Cocktail, Shrimp Gumbo, and Fried Shrimp.

The Steak and Shrimp dinner comes with bacon
wrapped tender of beef and fried shrimp in shorts. The surf & loin specialty has Rock lobster tail and charlbroiled tenderloin
of beef. The crab and shrimp plate comes with a crab patty and 4 fried shrimp in shorts. There are also fried shrimp and
oyster platter and fried fish and shrimp platter.

EN PAPILLOTE which is a Fish in a Newburg Sauce with Flaked Crabmeat and Diced Shrimp, Baked in Foil. Another item which is
available is FILLET OF FISH MARGERY. There is also STUFFED FILLET OF FARM RAISED CATFISH, LOBSTER NEWBURG, CREOLE-CAJUN SHRIMPETTES
(10), FRIED CREOLE-CAJUN FISH NUGGETS, and DELICIOUS HOT STUFFED CRAB PLATE.
